Responsibilities

• Ensure all operational duties are completed daily, ahead of schedule, efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and management; ensure staff understand these standards.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the team.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Assist in planning staff schedules.
• Promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health-and-safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Accept night shift and split shifts.
• Accept overtime on weekends and public holidays.
