Job summary

THE FAMOUS AMOS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE SINGAPORE PTE LTD is looking for an Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service in our busy store. You will manage a frontend team, handle orders, cash, and vouchers, train new staff, and help drive sales through promotions while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.

Join Our Team as an Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor!

Job Description:

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including managing customer orders and staff assignment
• Oversee cash handling processes and ensure accuracy in processing vouchers, cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively support sales targets and customer engagement
• Enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene standards to uphold health regulations and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members
• Handle customer feedback promptly and resolve issues efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably within the customer service or food service industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges with resilience
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Supervisor role
