With Kinna Private Limited in Singapore is seeking an energetic Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to lead our footwear brand retail operations. You will drive daily floor activity, customer consultations, and belt KPI targets while mentoring front-line associates.

This role requires 3–5 years in retail ops (2+ in leadership for managers), strong commercial sense, POS/ERP familiarity, and footwear sizing knowledge. Weekend/holo shifts expected; generous commissions and benefits offered.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, people-first Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to lead retail operations for an established footwear brand in Singapore. You will champion daily floor operations, drive high-touch customer consultations (sizing, gait, ergonomics, and lifestyle fit), mentor front-line retail associates, and achieve targeted store KPIs and shrinkage control.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Commercial Performance:
• Drive monthly store sales targets, ATV (Average Transaction Value), and UPT (Units Per Transaction).
• Oversee floor merchandising, window displays, and brand presentation aligned with regional VM guidelines.
• Manage inventory accuracy, size-run replenishment, backroom organization, stock-take audits, and shrinkage control.
• Team Leadership & People Development:
• Supervise, roster, and coach retail associates on product storytelling, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
• Conduct daily floor briefings, set individual targets, and manage team performance and morale.
• Facilitate structured onboarding for new retail associates.
• Customer Experience & Clienteling:
• Deliver exceptional, consultative service—specializing in footwear fitting, technical specifications, and cross-selling accessories/care kits.
• Handle customer feedback, exchanges, warranty inquiries, and escalated floor resolutions with diplomacy.
• Foster local customer loyalty through CRM outreach and VIP engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience:
• Store Manager: Minimum 3–5 years of retail operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/store leadership capacity (footwear, sports/lifestyle apparel, or specialty fashion preferred).
• Assistant Store Manager: Minimum 2–3 years of specialty retail experience with a proven track record in floor supervision or senior associate duties.
• Competencies:
• Strong commercial awareness with a solid track record in meeting retail targets.
• Familiarity with retail POS, inventory ERP systems, and shift rostering.
• Hands-on knowledge of footwear sizing systems (US/UK/EU), materials, and fit consultations is an advantage.
• Attributes:
