FASTGIG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations and manage a retail team in Singapore. You will drive sales, ensure excellent customer service and maintain merchandising standards across shifts.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays. You will support staff training, scheduling and performance monitoring while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in apparel or fashion retail is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven, responsible and hands-on.
