Job summary

With Kinna Private Limited in Singapore is seeking an energetic Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to lead our footwear brand retail operations. You will drive daily floor activity, customer consultations, and belt KPI targets while mentoring front-line associates.

This role requires 3–5 years in retail ops (2+ in leadership for managers), strong commercial sense, POS/ERP familiarity, and footwear sizing knowledge. Weekend/holo shifts expected; generous commissions and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Store Manager: 3–5 years retail ops with at least 2 years in supervision; footwear/sports fashion preferred.
• Assistant Store Manager: 2–3 years specialty retail with floor supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly store sales targets, ATV, and UPT.
• Oversee floor merchandising, window displays and brand presentation per regional guidelines.
• Mentor front-line retail associates, conduct daily briefings, set targets and manage performance.
