• Minimum 5 years of working and people management experience in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and margin budgets and financial objectives for the store.
• Create the right culture and model new digital ways of working and leadership behaviours.
• Ensure top-tier customer service across the store aligned with service values.
• Lead, motivate and mentor the team to achieve top performance and productivity.
• Implement best practices to manage the department's commercial aspects.
• Monitor sales performance against stock availability on the floor.
• Provide timely feedback to Buyers on stock, markdowns, and clearance actions.
• Lead visual management delivery for launches, events, and campaigns.
