Responsibilities

• Drive boutique performance by meeting sales targets and KPIs with the Store Manager.
• Lead on-floor coaching, feedback and support to develop the sales team.
• Cultivate client relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Handle client concerns and ensure service recovery.
• Oversee daily store operations including inventory, cash handling and compliance.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product assortment guidelines are followed.
• Manage after-sales follow-ups and client care.
• Schedule team rotations, shifts and holidays.
• Uphold company policies and internal controls.
• Act as Store Manager in absence, guiding boutique operations.

We are partnering with a client to appoint a Assistant Store Manager for their boutique in Singapore. You will play a key role in driving boutique performance while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive individual and team sales targets, KPIs and overall boutique performance in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide regular coaching, feedback and support to develop the sales team.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a consistently high standard of client experience and service excellence.
• Handle client concerns professionally and ensure effective service recovery.
• Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the boutique, including store operations, inventory control, cash handling and compliance.
• Ensure the boutique is well maintained and adheres to visual merchandising and product assortment guidelines.
• Oversee after‑sales service requests and ensure clients receive appropriate follow‑up and support.
• Manage team scheduling, rotations, shifts and holiday planning.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and internal controls are consistently followed.
• Act as the Store Manager in their absence, taking ownership of boutique operations and team performance.
