Pertama Merchandising Pte Ltd (Harvey Norman Singapore) is seeking a capable Sales Department Supervisor to support the Department Manager in driving sales and profitability within a busy electronics and home appliances retail environment. You will lead and develop a sales team, monitor KPI performance, and ensure top-notch customer service while coordinating daily operations and staff scheduling.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Sales-driven with good business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in consumer electronics, electrical appliances or retail industry will be an added advantage.
