Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in F&B, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and balance service with operations.
• Hands-on leadership with strong people management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest feedback promptly and manage inquiries and deliveries.
• Oversee shift planning, staffing, and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise on-duty staff and train new team members to meet SOPs.
• Monitor sales and performance, driving continuous improvement.
