buddy hoagies pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the outlet, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure a superior dining experience.

Requirements include at least 2 years in F&B (preferably with managerial experience) and a high standard of customer service with willingness to learn. Salary will be commensurate with experience; staff meals are provided. 5-day week, 11am–10pm, with 2 days off, no split shifts, and multiple MRT-adjacent locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the outlet under your charge to deliver excellent customer service and dining experience.
• Maintain outlet service quality and display good customer relation skills.
• Ensure food quality and presentation are up to standard and manage service recovery.
• Manage peak periods effectively with good hosting and queue management skills.
• Display good supervisory skills with ability to assign and delegate duties among staff.
• Plan outlet schedule and deployment.
• Manage staff discipline and performance issues.
• Execute outlet administrative duties and management reporting.
• Maintain restaurant hygiene and upkeep.
• Achieve sales target and manage maintenance, labour and food costs.
