Singapore Swimming Club is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager (Jade Phoenix) to lead front-of-house operations and inspire the team to deliver memorable dining experiences for every member and guest.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or GCE ‘O’ Level is required.
• Proven experience in F&B supervisory or managerial roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel at home.
• Supervise service staff to maintain high quality and cleanliness.
• Foster relationships with members to build loyalty and repeat visits.
• Coach and mentor the team to deliver consistent service excellence.
• Address member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Gather feedback to understand member preferences and expectations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and SOPs.
• Support other operational duties as assigned by HOD or Management.

We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who is more than just a leader. Someone who sets the vibes, champions exceptional service and turns every experience into a lasting memory. In this role, you will lead our front-of-house operations, supporting and inspiring them to deliver their best. and provide service that creates a memorable experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel right at home.
• Supervise service staff, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest experience are consistently met.
• Foster positive relationships with members to enhance their dining experience and build loyalty.
• Coach and mentor team members to uphold and deliver consistent service excellence.
• Address member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Proactively gather feedback to understand members’ preferences and expectations better.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
• Comply with the Club’s policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and grooming guidelines.
• Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or GCE ‘O’ Level.
• At least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Well-groomedwith a consistently professional appearance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with, motivate and lead the team.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a readiness to take initiative and motivate others.
• Calm and composed under pressure, maintaining focus to guide the team through busy and challenging situations.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is a plus.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
