• Adhere to Club policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.

Were Hiring: Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Crew/Supervisor

In this role, you are at the heart of the Club2s dining experience that makes our members feel right at home, serving delicious meals with a side of genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests warmly, making them feel right at home.
• Inform members about current promotions & specials and answer their queries.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and promptly enter them into the POS.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, always with a friendly smile.
• Keep the dining area clean, organised, and inviting.
• Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all hygiene and safety standards.
• Adhere to the Club’s policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
• Perform and support other operational duties as assigned by the Management to support F&B operations and service excellence.

Requirements

• Friendly and approachable with good communication skills.

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
