Seroja, a Michelin two-star restaurant in Singapore, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead service operations and develop the team, delivering exceptional hospitality.

You will collaborate closely with kitchen and management to coordinate seamless service delivery, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold the restaurant’s elevated standards across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during service to ensure smooth, efficient operations and high guest satisfaction
• Train and develop team members to enhance skills and maintain service excellence
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to coordinate seamless service delivery
• Manage guest interactions and respond effectively to special requests to create memorable dining experiences
• Maintain and uphold the restaurant’s hospitality standards consistently during all service periods
• Assist in staff scheduling, conduct briefings, and oversee daily operational tasks to support team organization
• Motivate and align the team towards shared goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Contribute to building and strengthening the team culture through active engagement and leadership
