Job summary

HR-PRO Recruitment Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced banking professional to support premium banking operations in Singapore.

The role focuses on completing KYC reviews for existing clients and assisting relationship managers with preliminary checks for new on-boarding clients. You will also help prepare post-account opening services, organize documents, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders in

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Premium banking RM experience or minimum 3 years of Premium banking ARM experience.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin to liaise with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete existing customers' KYC reviews on time and assist relationship manager with preliminary checks for new on-boarding clients' KYC when necessary.
• Assist relationship managers in order executions via phone calls.
• Maintain, organize and handover transaction documents to respective departments on time.
• Prepare post-account opening services such as welcome packages, AI Opt-in Letter, and send to client on time.
• Prepare and verify necessary documents according to MAS requirements.
• Liaise with other departments for smooth transactions and operations.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Head of Department or Company.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized bachelor degree or above, preferably inBusiness/Banking and Finance or related discipline.

• Passed or prepared for CACS Paper 1 & 2


• Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
