Job summary

• Ensure investor/partner records are accurate (KYC/AML onboarding).
• Strategic oversight of investors' accounts and portfolio quality.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and strategies.
• Convey issues and feedback concisely to gain buy-in.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO:

• Effectively lead, develop and manage relationships with assigned business partners to influence and drive business growth
• Act as the primary contact for assigned business partners and investors and establish excellent service standards through proactive interaction
• Analyze business needs of business partners to formulate marketing strategies and prepare engagement materials and presentations
• Provide investment advisory and trusted advice to business partners and investors in collaboration with team members across various functions
• Take ownership to ensure that all records on investor and partnership profiles are accurate, complete and ready for processing, such as KYC, AML, and other onboarding information required
• Execute a strategic view of investors’ accounts and closely monitor their portfolio quality
• Strong knowledge in investment products and strategies
• Ensures key issues and feedback are communicated in a concise and effective manner to influence and gain buy-in from partners and investors so as to drive positive engagement experience
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and other initiatives
