Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage relationships with partners to drive growth.
• Primary contact for partners/investors; maintain service standards.
• Analyze business needs to formulate marketing strategies and materials.
• Provide investment advisory in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure investor/partner records are accurate (KYC/AML onboarding).
• Strategic oversight of investors' accounts and portfolio quality.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and strategies.
• Convey issues and feedback concisely to gain buy-in.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
