• New Customer Acquisition (ASEAN Region): Introduce the company's products to prospective customers in untapped markets.
• Understand customer requirements, provide technical support, and negotiate pricing.
• Support new product launches into mass production.
• Coordinate product specifications with suppliers and technical teams in Japan.
• Manage projects and ensure smooth execution.
• Existing Customer Account Management (ASEAN Region): Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts.
• Coordinate product deliveries to customers.
• Manage PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory).
• Monitor and manage sales performance.
