JR GROUP SINGAPORE seeks a Quality Assurance leader to oversee QC/QA functions and mentor the QA team. You will develop and refine QA frameworks, ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, HALAL and Singapore regulations, and support growth through compliance excellence.

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology or related field.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in food processing industry.
• Able to lead, guide and manage a small team with effective communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well-versed with HACCP, HALAL, GMP and other food related regulations in Singapore.

Responsabilités

• Overall responsible for the quality control and assurance functions.
• Lead, manage and mentor the QA team, and ensure a productive and high-performance work environment.
• Provide effective and efficient technical support services to support the company’s business growth and operations.
• Develop and revise the quality assurance framework for the company and modify and improve production standards and SOPs when necessary.
• Collaborate with all departments, customers, suppliers and government regulatory bodies to ensure quality is a high priority.
• Drive projects and processes to ensure compliance with various food safety and hygiene standards and requirements.
• Lead and report on quality audits, identify and resolve problems highlighted in yield reports.
• Investigate all food safety, quality related and non-compliance issues and implement corrective measures.
• Oversee GMP and food safety training for Production personnel.
• Be in-charge of the application and submission of government grants.
• Be involved in the feasibility study for setting-up overseas factories.
