Job summary

EXCEL TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Operations Lead to manage and direct piping and cabling installations in industrial facilities, with focus on project schedules, quality standards and regulatory compliance in Singapore.

You will coordinate day-to-day site activities, lead progress meetings, supervise installation, and ensure safe, efficient execution aligned with contract drawings and client requirements in semiconductor and chemical environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in M&E projects within construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of factory M&E layouts, cable routing, and piping configurations.

• Coordinate project schedules and lead progress meetings to align team efforts and track milestones
• Supervise installation and routing of specialized piping and cabling systems in semiconductor and chemical plants to meet technical specifications
• Schedule, direct, and monitor subcontractors to ensure adherence to contract drawings and project requirements
• Assist in preparing tender documents, cost estimations, quotations, and track variation works to support project budgeting and procurement
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, quality assurance standards, and safety requirements to maintain site integrity and worker safety

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
