Job summary

You will monitor progress, manage risks and changes, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful outcomes across engineering, software, testing, installation, operations, and maintenance domains.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science - Engineering/ Mechanical/ IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, contract management, and site coordination.
• Strong learning agility with a positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to pick up new skills and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation actions to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, software, testing, installation, operations, and maintenance personnel.
• Support the resolution of technical, operational, and commercial challenges.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
