Job summary

SENG JOO HUAT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to coordinate cross-discipline teams on construction projects in Singapore.

You will manage schedules, delegate tasks, resolve on-site issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. You will maintain communication plans, handle change requests, adapt schedules to changing conditions, liaise with the Project Director, and pursue new opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction through project handover and post-project

Qualifications

• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Delegate tasks to the project team best positioned to complete them.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple projects run to ensure synergy.
• Submit project deliverables and ensure quality standards.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
• Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts on schedule and budget.
• Adjust schedule and targets as needed without compromising client expectations.
• Communicate with Project Director to align goals and handover schedule.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
• Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables.
• Manage customer satisfaction during project transition.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful/unsuccessful elements.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to the Project team whom are best positioned to complete them.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple projects are running to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Adjust schedule and target on the project as needs when encounter changes without compromising the clients’ expectations and schedule set out.
• Communicating with Project Director to keep the project aligned with their goals and handover schedule.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
