Job summary

Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Civil Engineering/Project Manager to deliver major civil projects. You will coordinate with clients, managers, and project teams to drive planning, cost control, safety, and timely execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

The role demands 3–4 years’ relevant experience, strong coordination skills, and a proactive approach to risk management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from PE Board-accredited institution.
• 3–4 years of relevant civil engineering or construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SP Group procedures, utility coordination, and Singapore regulatory requirements.
• Solid understanding of project planning, coordination, claims, site execution, and safety requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing project scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
• Review proposals, specifications, drawings, and client requirements to support planning and execution.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor cost, productivity, quality, and resource utilisation against targets.
• Support safety compliance and project reporting, submissions, and documentation.
• Conduct site checks and address safety gaps with EHS teams.
• Identify risks and help implement mitigation measures.
• Attend management and client meetings and provide project updates.
