Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building/Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction, preferably with public and private projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to manage teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and set up site and sequential job schedules to achieve cost, quality, timeline and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Manage project schedules and resolve technical matters to ensure smooth progress.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to align work with project timelines.
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections with project teams and contractors to monitor progress and quality.
• Liaise with authorities to secure permits and meet licensing requirements.
• Oversee site progress to ensure timely project delivery.
• Enforce Work Safety and Health practices on site to maintain a safe environment.

Job Summary

You will lead site and job planning to ensure smooth project execution, managing schedules, quality, costs, and compliance while coordinating with subcontractors, authorities, and project teams to deliver projects on time and within standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and set up site and sequential job schedules to achieve cost, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction objectives
• Manage project schedules and resolve technical matters to ensure smooth progress
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their work aligns with project timelines
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections with project teams, site staff, and contractors to monitor progress and quality
• Liaise with relevant authorities to secure permits and meet licensing requirements
• Oversee site progress to ensure timely project delivery
• Implement cost control measures and ensure compliance with project quality standards
• Enforce Work Safety and Health practices on site to maintain a safe working environment
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building/Construction Management, or related building construction discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction, preferably with public and private projects
• Strong technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to manage teams and client relationships
• Persuasive communication skills and service-oriented approach to client management

• Willingness to work alternate Saturdays
