Job summary

igm integrated pte. ltd. is seeking a site supervisor to plan, organize and oversee site operations for design-and-build projects, ensuring cost, quality, timelines and client satisfaction.

You will attend site meetings, coordinate with subcontractors and consultants, manage staff schedules, enforce safety, and ensure drawings and materials meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Building, Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of design-and-build construction experience.
• Attention to drawing conventions and critical details.
• Self-motivated with professional integrity.
• Good team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and set up site and sequential job planning for projects.
• Attend sites and project meetings; provide progress updates.
• Identify and clear drawing discrepancies with consultants before progress.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, clients, and authorities.
• Prepare project-related correspondence including progress reports.
• Manage site staff and subcontractors' schedules and progress.
• Ensure quality control via on-site and off-site inspections.
• Verify materials meet specifications and certifications.
• Participate in risk assessments and safety matters.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and set up site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Attends all sites and project meetings and updates on work progress.
• Ensures all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, client's representatives and relevant authorities.
• Prepare and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports and emails.
• Manages all site staff and subcontractors' schedule, work progress and provide solutions to issues at site.
• Ensures quality control measures via on site / off site inspection
• Checks that approved / correct materials are used within specifications / certifications submitted, recorded and approved
• Participate in Risk Assessment and Workplace Safety and Health matters.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Building, Architecture or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in design and build construction industry.
• An eye to capture critical details and items in understanding drawing convention.
• Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Good team player.
