Job summary

rite engineering pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Construction Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and monitoring of site works.

You will liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to ensure deadlines and quality targets are met. The role requires reading and interpreting drawings and schedules, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.

• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections, rectification works and handover documentation.
• Support compliance with project safety, quality and contractual requirements.

• Familiar with construction methods, site operations and project documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software. Knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM is an advantage.

• Good communication, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage assigned responsibilities and follow through on project matters.
