Job summary

CHUAN KIAT DEMOLITION WORKS [S] PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee civil and structural construction activities, ensure project milestones, and uphold safety standards on site.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities, review drawings and method statements, conduct inspections, and produce progress reports while guiding a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, technical submissions, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks, resolve technical issues, and maintain construction quality.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, contract specifications, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare progress reports, work schedules, site records, and other project documentation.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance.
