Job summary

csc land group (singapore) pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

You will plan, schedule and coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers to achieve flawless execution on site. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with PE registration and at least 8 years of project management experience, preferably in HDB or condominium works.

Qualifications

• Degree or master in Civil Engineering recognized by PE board.
• At least 8 years of project management experience; HDB/Condominium exposure a plus.
• Strong knowledge of structural, architectural and M&E works.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and time management.
• Team-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on project planning, schedule and delivery within time and budget.
• Monitor progress and identify critical activities to expedite works on site.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Ensure execution per approved plans, drawings, specs and regs.
• Develop detailed planning to monitor and track progress.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Manage on-site safety and compliance matters.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager on project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations;
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets;
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, such as Consultants and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of the project;
• Ensure project to be delivered on time, within scope and budget;
• Ensure project to be executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulations;
• Develop detailed planning to monitor and tract progress;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Responsible for all construction site matters including and not limited safety and other compliance maters;
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/Master in Civil Engineering recognized by PE board
• Proven at least 8 years of working experience in project management ; HDB or Condominium project experience is a plus;
• Solid technical knowledge related to structural. Architectural and M&E works;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent team player with ability to meet deadlines.
