Job summary

RHYTHME TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an organized Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating phases of fire safety system projects. The role focuses on ensuring timely, budget-conscious, high-quality completion across assigned project portions.

You will collaborate with internal departments and external clients, consultants, and subcontractors, preparing progress reports and ensuring milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating detailed phases of project execution for assigned portions of moderate to major scope projects
• Collaborate with personnel from other departments, clients, consultants, and vendors/subcontractors to review designs and develop and implement recovery plans promptly
• Prepare and submit regular management reports tracking project progress against timelines and targets

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related field
