Job summary

K.B.C. ENGINEERING (PTE. LTD.) is seeking a responsible individual to assist the Project Manager with all on-site technical and engineering matters in Singapore. The role involves managing assigned projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and handling customer feedback effectively.

Ideal candidates will have related experience in Fire Protection and will be responsible for implementation, testing, and project oversight. Candidates should be prepared to manage project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing on-site project technical matters.
• Familiarity with project management processes and authority submissions.
• Experience in Fire Protection is preferable.

• Assist Project Manager with on-site technical issues.
• Manage assigned projects effectively.
• Implement installation, testing, and commissioning within budget.

Job description

1. 1. Assist Project Manager in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions.
2. 2. Responsible for the management of assigned projects
3. 3. Responsible for the implementation of installation, testing and commissioning within budget and delivery schedule commitments.
4. 4. Attend site meetings to monitor status of projects.
5. 5. To liaise with Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, etc to provide accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specifications and variation claims.
6. 6. Monitor of materials and delivery to site in a timely manner in accordance to site progress and within project’s budget.
7. 7. Ensure all the equipment for each project are duly accounted for and all relevant documentations are in place.
8. 8. Respond to and manage customer feedback/complaints and take corrective/preventive action.
9. 9. Preferable related experience in Fire Protection
