Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site/M&E Project Coordinator to support the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant project in Singapore.

You will assist the Site/Project Manager with M&E activities, coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, review drawings and ensure safety and quality on site. ideal candidates hold a Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, BCSS/WSHMCI cert, and 1–2 years of M&E construction experience; familiarity with AutoCAD or

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 1–2 years of relevant M&E construction experience preferred.
• Confined Space and Working at Height competencies advantageous.

Working Days & Working Timing:
[ Office ] Mon to Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
[ Site ] Mon to Fri: 8am – 5pm / Sat: 8am– 12pm
**Tuas (Site) - Must be comfortable with weekly visits to site
Salary Range: $ 2,500 - $ 3,500

Site Address: 71A Tuas Nexus Drive. PUB’s Tuas Water Reclamation Plant (TWRP) project (For scheduled site visits, it will be direct report. Pick-up time 7.30am at Exit A of Tuas West Road MRT)

Job Description:

• Assist the Site / Project Manager in managing M & E project activities and site coordination.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliersand internal teams.
• Review M & E drawings, specificationsand technical submissions.
• Coordinate drawings, material submissionsand site technical matters.
• Follow-up M & E installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Support testing, commissioningand project handover activities.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, RFIs, inspection recordsand other project-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and project specifications.
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Possess at least BCSS / WSHMCI certification.
• Those with Confined Space and Working at Height competencies will have an added advantage.
• 1 –2 years of relevant experience in M & E construction.
• Knowledge of M & E systems, installation procedures and construction practices.
• Conversant with contract specifications and requirements.
• Familiar with MS Office applications and design software like AutoCAD or BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools.
