Job summary

RACER TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive Project & Sales Coordinator to maintain and expand existing business accounts, define project scope with internal teams, and drive NPI programs from sourcing to delivery milestones.

You will liaise with customers and suppliers, manage risks, provide status updates, and help transition projects to mass production. On-the-job training provided; East area (Changi South).

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant background in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive negotiating skills with customers & suppliers.
• Ability to follow up sales accounts and maintain sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand existing business accounts.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timeline with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate NPI projects from sourcing to milestones. Monitor procurement status.
• Monitor manufacturing progress and resolve bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; manage delays and disruptions.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining and expansion of existing business account.




• Understand customer requirements, product specifications, business objectives and define project scope, deliverables, timeline and work with internal stakeholders to make sure timeline are met.




• Managing NPI project from coordinating sourcing of raw materials, components, and equipment, work with suppliers on lead times, quality, and delivery schedules and monitor procurement status to meet milestone.




• Monitor manufacturing progress and productivity and resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues.




• Work with inter department to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.




• Identify project risks and mitigation plans, manage delays, supply chain disruptions, and production issues, lead troubleshooting and escalation management and ensure contingency plans are in place.




• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, provide project status updates and milestone reporting, manage customer expectations and change requests and coordinate meetings and presentations.




• Ensure all deliverables are completed successfully with customer approval and Support transition to mass production handover to operations team.




• To process and monitor the request for quote process, from enquiry to propose a quotation for management review.




• Establish rapport, build relationships and constant liaison with customers on future projects.




• To provide sales projection and forecast.




• Interact with internal teams on new project development.




• Liaise on assembly fixtures, tools and equipment.




• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements
