Job summary

TEX-STAR ENGINEERING SINGAPORE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive Project Engineer to manage engineering projects from quotation through production and delivery. Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings, including welding symbols and machining details
• With experience in CNC machining and metal fabrication will be an added advantage
• Familiar with production processes, route cards, and material planning
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently

• Follow up on projects upon confirmation, ensuring smooth handover from sales to operations
• Manage projects end-to-end, including material planning and ordering
• Prepare and control route cards
• Coordinate production planning and scheduling
• Monitor fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly processes
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues
• Track project progress and ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements
• Support continuous improvement in project execution and workflow efficiency

• Salary Range:SGD$3,500 – $5,000(commensurate with experience)
