Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a manufacturing engineer to monitor daily production, collaborate with departments, and drive improvements in processes and quality.

The role welcomes candidates with no experience who possess a relevant engineering degree and solid analytical/technical skills, with PPE requirements and company transport provided notes included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Good analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• No experience candidates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SPC, FMEA, and TPM is an added advantage.
• Comfortable wearing PPE when required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining product quality.
• Work with different departments to identify production issues and implement solutions.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve production processes, productivity, and efficiency.
• Assist in maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards, including preparation for internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve production performance and reduce process-related issues.

• Location: Senoko (Company transport provided)
• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30pm
• AWS + VB + Allowance
