AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring an engineering professional to monitor daily production activities and help achieve manufacturing targets.

You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to improve processes, analyze data with statistical tools, and support audits (IATF, ISO and OHSAS). Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, located in Sembawang. A meal allowance of SGD 70 per month and company transport are provided.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with production, quality and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and product quality.
• Support process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
• Analyse production data using statistical tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Assist in internal and external audits, including IATF, ISO and OHSAS requirements.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.
