Job summary

Instant Hire Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Production Operator to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor productivity, quality, and machine performance while coordinating with engineers and production teams.

The role requires a minimum Nitec in Mechanical Engineering and at least one year of relevant experience. This position offers a basic salary with allowances, additional AWS and a performance bonus, and company transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or relevant courses.
• 1 year of relevant work experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations and monitor productivity, quality and machine performance.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Production teams on process improvement, cost reduction and equipment reliability.
• Support production quality and non-conformance resolution to meet requirements.
• Maintain a safe and efficient production environment through EHS compliance and good housekeeping.
