Job summary

Soon Heng Glass Pte Ltd is seeking an ambitious engineer to tackle technical challenges and grow a long-term engineering career. You will work with experienced engineers and develop practical skills while contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects.

In this role you will plan production work orders, manage procurement and maintenance activities, liaise with vendors, and ensure material availability while identifying and reporting quality issues.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in mechatronics or mechanical engineering required.
• 2 years’ relevant experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to understand mechanical, pneumatic and electrical drawings.
• Experience with workshop tools and equipment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Minimum Higher NITEC qualification in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Two years’ relevant working experience preferred but fresh graduates with mechatronics / mechanical engineering background are welcomed to apply
• Ability to understand mechanical, pneumatic and electrical drawings
• Experienced in using workshop tools and equipment
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
