Job summary

A DREAMWORKS COMPANY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a trainee/support engineer to help monitor production performance, SPC quality systems, and overall operational efficiency.

You will assist in project tracking, AMR deployment, workflow documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. On-the-job training will be provided; fresh graduates are welcome. The role is office-based (AMK) with Mon-Fri hours 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM, offering a gross salary of S$2,300 and a sign-on bonus of S$15,000

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in manufacturing / semiconductor field is an advantage.
• On-the-job training will be provided. Fresh Graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production performance and SPC quality systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in project tracking, AMR deployment, workflow documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide training coordination, knowledge transfer, and ensure process compliance.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist with system administration and audit preparation.
• Explore Industry 4.0 technologies to support quality, productivity, and manufacturing excellence.

AWS 1 mth, VB (0.5-2 mths) depends on performance
