Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical drawings.
• Experience with maintenance and repairs using workshop tools.
• Proficient in English; MS Office to document work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare production work orders to meet operational schedules.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders to suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Liaise with vendors to obtain quotations, troubleshoot, and repair machinery issues.
• Manage inventory levels of materials and machine parts to support production needs.
• Review product quality issues and determine appropriate disposition actions.
• Investigate quality escapes, produce defect reports, and recommend preventive measures to improve product quality.

Job Summary

You will plan and prepare production work orders, manage purchase orders and inventory, schedule machinery maintenance, liaise with vendors for repairs, and investigate product quality issues to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare production work orders to meet operational schedules
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders to suppliers to ensure timely procurement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using workshop tools and equipment to perform maintenance and repairs
• Good command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with team and vendors
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to document and report work
