Job summary

PVH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering to support production of silver paste. You will monitor equipment, perform quality checks, and contribute to continuous improvement and line transfers.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, data analysis capability, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ISO 9001/45001 documentation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to manufacture silver paste, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable machine performance.
• Perform routine quality inspections, analyze production and quality data, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support production operations by preparing materials, performing machine setup and changeovers, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing manufacturing processes, workflow, equipment layout, and supporting new product introduction (NPI) and production line transfers.
• Provide manufacturing and quality engineering support to internal R&D teams and global customers, maintain documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
