Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is currently seeking a Process Engineer to own product quality in our chemical manufacturing operations.

You will drive continuous improvement across processes to deliver safe, compliant, and high‑quality products within a 5‑day workweek. The role focuses on developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation, leading root cause investigations, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance process reliability and EH&S compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in process engineering in a chemical plant.

Responsibilities

• Own product quality by ensuring manufacturing processes deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality products while driving continuous improvement.
• Lead the development, review, and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, FMEA, Control Plans, and MOC processes.
• Investigate production, process, and customer quality issues through root cause analysis, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Optimise manufacturing processes using data-driven approaches, including SPC/SQC, process monitoring, control schemes, and production parameter improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process reliability, support capital projects, and ensure compliance with EH&S, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead process engineering activities such as equipment installation, commissioning, process optimisation, and knowledge sharing to enhance operational efficiency and plant performance.
