Job summary

DU CREATIVES PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Assistant Producer to plan and deliver video, digital, broadcast, or event productions in Singapore. You will support producers and creative teams, coordinating schedules, briefs, and logistics to keep projects on track.

You will work with talent, crew, and external partners, provide on-set support, assist with budgeting and post-production coordination, and ensure final assets meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production coordination, media, events, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach working with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with common office tools and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research, concept development, scripts, production briefs, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate production schedules, meetings, bookings, and logistics.
• Support casting, location scouting, permissions, equipment hire, and crew arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain call sheets, contact lists, production documents, and project trackers.
• Liaise with talent, crew, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• Provide on-set support and help resolve day-to-day production issues.
• Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with budget monitoring.
• Coordinate post-production schedules, feedback, revisions, and delivery of final assets.
• Maintain organized records of footage, releases, contracts, and production materials.
• Follow company procedures and applicable production safety requirements.
