Job summary

Smallshop Communications Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Producer to join our production team. You’ll work alongside our EP, Producers and Directors, helping to bring projects from pre-production to shoot in a hands-on role.

If you’re organized, enjoy coordinating with people, and want exposure to TVC, branded content and short films, we’d love to hear from you. Salary is SGD 2,200–2,800 per month, open to Singapore Citizens and PRs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Film, Media, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years in the media production industry.
• Interest in TVC, film and content production.

Responsibilities

• Support Producers with production planning and day-to-day coordination.
• Coordinate crew, talents, locations, vendors and shoot arrangements.
• Assist with location sourcing, recces and permits.
• Help prepare schedules, call sheets and production documents.
• Assist with production expenses and cash requirements.
• Be part of the team on shoot days and help things run smoothly.
• Keep track of props and production items, ensuring organization and storage.

We’re looking for an Assistant Producer to join our production team.

You’ll work alongside our EP, Producers and production team, helping to bring projects from pre-production to shoot. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll learn, coordinate and be involved in different parts of the production process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Producers with production planning and day-to-day coordination


• Coordinate crew, talents, locations, vendors and shoot arrangements


• Assist with location sourcing, recces and permits


• Help prepare schedules, call sheets and production documents


• Assist with production expenses and cash requirements


• Be part of the team on shoot days and help things run smoothly


• Keep track of props and production items, making sure everything is organised, properly stored and ready for upcoming shoots


• Help with general production matters as and when needed

Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,800/month

This position is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) only.
