Job summary

Mediacorp TV Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Coordinator to provide effective production and creative support to the Producer and Production team for variety programmes. You will assist with end-to-end planning, coordination of resources, scheduling, transport, props, and on-site execution from pre-production through post-production.

You will work closely with the Producer, Writer, Coordinator, and crew to ensure episodes are well-prepared, delivered on schedule, and meet quality

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree graduates or candidates with 2 years of related experience in media are welcome to apply
• Able and willing to work irregular hours
• Able to speak, read and write Chinese to effectively draft and review documents and communicate and liaise with the Chinese-speaking clients, stakeholders and vendors

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting materials for production planning such as line-ups, rundowns and location surveys which includes schedule paperwork and camera scripts for Producers.
• Requisition of props and costumes.
• Ensure that all props and costumes are ready for actual filming.
• Manage talents and crew both in Studio and location filming and see to crowd control.
• Prepare production reports.
• Ensure there is continuity of costumes and props during production.
• Follow up on editing such as transfer and logging, dialogue dubbing and transcribing.
