Job summary

Mediacorp Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Producer and Production team in delivering a well-organised, engaging and high-quality variety programme. You will coordinate production requirements, resources, talents, logistics and timelines from pre‑production through post‑production.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, scheduling, props and costumes management, on-site execution, and post‑production support.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree graduates or candidates with 2 years of related experience in media are welcome to apply
• Able and willing to work irregular hours
• Able to speak, read and write Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and vendors

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting materials for production planning such as line-ups, rundowns and location surveys which includes schedule paperwork and camera scripts for Producers.
• Requisition of props and costumes.
• Ensure that all props and costumes are ready for actual filming.
• Manage talents and crew both in Studio and location filming and see to crowd control.
• Prepare production reports.
• Ensure there is continuity of costumes and props during production.
• Follow up on editing such as transfer and logging, dialogue dubbing and transcribing.
