Job summary

APPLEBOX ASIA (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Producer to lead film, TVC and video production from pre to post‑production across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia.

You will coordinate casting, locations, crew, budgets and schedules while liaising with clients and partners to drive cost-efficient, high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in media production, strong negotiation skills, fluent English, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Communications, Business or a relevant field.
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in film, TVC, video or media production.
• Experience in commercial, corporate or branded content production will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and on-set processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.
• Ability to converse in other foreign languages is an added advantage.
• Resourceful, organised and able to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work long and irregular hours when required.
• Strong client servicing and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and AI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• To be involved in all aspects of film, commercial and video production from pre-production to post-production.
• Coordinate between all production departments, including casting, locations, wardrobe, art, catering, transport and production crew.
• Source and coordinate production crew, equipment, vendors and production services.
• Source and liaise with film production professionals, including Film Directors, DOPs, Photographers and other creative professionals.
• Manage production schedules, logistics, call sheets and on-set coordination.

• Prepare production budgets, quotations, cost estimates and production proposals.
• Negotiate production costs with suppliers, crew and vendors.
• Monitor production expenses and ensure effective budget and cost control.
• Coordinate closely with clients, agencies and production partners throughout the project.
• Coordinate post-production work, including editing, colour grading, sound and final delivery.
• Proactively generate new project opportunities and contribute to business development through client networking, relationship building and industry contacts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, agencies and production partners.
• Follow up on potential leads and production enquiries and support the conversion of opportunities into new projects.
• Assist with pitches, proposals, quotations and presentations for potential projects.
• Ensure productions are executed smoothly, professionally and within the agreed budget and schedule.

Requirements
