Job summary

Oaktree Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations in the semiconductor sector. You will lead a team to meet KPIs, manage inventory using WMS and SAP, ensure safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement through 5S, Kaizen, and LEAN practices.

The role requires a Diploma with 2–3 years of relevant experience, and involves a 12-hour night shift at our Jurong location.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a logistics team.
• Good understanding of warehouse management systems and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise logistics assistants and team leads to execute daily warehouse activities efficiently.
• Drive the team to achieve KPIs and department goals.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with SOPs and WI.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders for seamless logistics and service.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct annual appraisals per company policies.
• Train new logistics staff to maintain standards and capabilities.
• Manage ad-hoc logistics projects to support business needs.
• Plan, coach, and counsel team members to improve performance.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen and LEAN initiatives for operational excellence.
• Communicate departmental changes to all team members.
