The role oversees daily inbound, storage, picking, packing, inventory and outbound operations, leads a warehouse team, and uses SAP EWM to optimize performance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of warehouse/distribution centre experience with supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing a large warehouse workforce.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM or other WMS platforms.
• Experience in high-volume, high-SKU or automated/semi-automated warehouse.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow, manpower allocation and operational capacity to meet daily shipment requirements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and on-time delivery.
• Lead, supervise and develop a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors and team leaders.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to workload.
• Set productivity targets and monitor performance at individual and team levels.
• Coach, train and conduct performance management when required.
• Utilise SAP EWM/WMS to support daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inbound, storage, picking, packing, inventory and outbound operations
• Monitor workflow, manpower allocation and operational capacity to meet daily shipment requirements
• Ensure high standards of inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and on-time delivery
• Lead, supervise and develop a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors and team leaders
• Plan and allocate manpower according to operational requirements and workload
• Set productivity targets and monitor individual and team performance
• Conduct coaching, training and performance management where required
• UtiliseSAP EWM / Warehouse Management Systemsto support daily warehouse operations
• Support the implementation of new warehouse technologies, processes and operational improvements
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks and regular audits
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages and operational issues
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, workflow and space utilisation
• Analyse operational KPIs and implement corrective actions where required
• Drive process improvements to reduce errors, wastage and operational costs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business or a related discipline
• Minimum5 years of warehouse / distribution centre experience, with proven supervisory or management experience
• Experience managing alarge warehouse workforcewill be highly advantageous
• Hands‑on experience withSAP EWM or other WMS platforms
• Experience working in ahigh-volume, high‑SKU or automated/semi‑automated warehouseis preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and technology‑driven warehouse environment
