Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Plan, schedule and optimize delivery routes for timely, cost-efficient distribution.
• Supervise logistics team and third-party transport providers to meet KPIs.
• Resolve transportation issues while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and perform stock counts and reconciliations.
• Report on delivery efficiency, costs per delivery, stock-out frequency, and aging inventory.
• Lead and train warehouse and logistics staff for high performance and accountability.

1. Operation Manager /5.5 days /Up to $8,500 @Changi South

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.

• Handle stock, labeling, and organization to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Monitor warehouse KPI and implement continuous improvement strategies.

• Plan, schedule and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely distribution with cost efficiency.

• Supervise the logistics team and third-party transport providers to meet delivery KPIs.

• Resolve transportation issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate stock levels and implement procedures to prevent stock-outs.

• Manage inventory aging, conduct stock counts and reconciliations.

• Lead and train warehouse and logistics staff to ensure high performance and accountability.

• Reporting on delivery trip efficiency, cost per delivery, stock-out frequency, and inventory aging.

• Provide suggestion to senior management for operational planning and improvements.

• Degree in Logistics/Business with 5 years supervisory in warehouse and logistics management.
