Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Logistics Assistant (Warehouse Operation) to support daily warehouse activities at Changi South.

You will liaise with customers, coordinate shipments, receive goods, pick and pack orders, and assist with value-added services to ensure accurate, timely dispatch. Applicants should have Proficient PC skills, a solid understanding of health and safety requirements, and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient PC skills required.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Relevant experience in logistics/warehouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and coordinate shipments.
• Receive goods and put away to storage locations
• Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch and/or shipping tasks
• Perform additional value-added services on customer ordered goods
• Follow proper component handling procedures
• Move stocks around with trolleys or hand-pallet jacks
• Carry out inventory cycle counts
• Ensure safe lifting and manual handling compliance
• Operate safely complying with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements
• Keep Management informed of discrepancies and hazards
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy for efficiency
• Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value to the organization
• Any ad-hoc duties

Logistics Assistant (Warehouse Operation)

• Location: Changi South (Nearest MRT - Expo)
• Salary: $1,800 - $2,700 + $150 Shift Allowance
• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 11am – 8pm

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and coordinate shipments.
• Receive goods and put away to storage locations
• Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch and / or shipping tasks
• Perform additional value-added services on customer ordered goods
• Requirements to follow the proper component handling procedures
• Move stocks around either by provided trolleys and / or hand-pallet jacks
• Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to
• Ensure any manual lifting and manoeuvring of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
• Keep the Management informed of any discrepancy, abnormality, and potential safety hazard(s), whether it is work or non-work related
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory
• Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value to the organization
• Any ad-hoc duties
