Job summary

LKK Food Trading Pte. Ltd. in Singapore invites a hands-on Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse, logistics and delivery operations, plan manpower, and drive efficiency.

You will supervise warehouse staff and drivers, ensure accurate order picking, packing and dispatch, and monitor stock movements and safety compliance. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or operations.
• Supervisory or team management experience required.
• Experience in food distribution, FMCG or wholesale industry will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently and as a team.
• Able to manage warehouse staff and delivery drivers effectively.
• Able to work overtime during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse, logistics and delivery operations.
• Plan daily manpower, delivery schedules and operational workflow.
• Supervise warehouse assistants and delivery drivers to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, checked and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitor stock movements, inventory accuracy, stock counts and expiry dates.
• Coordinate receiving, unloading and proper storage of incoming goods.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods and delivery-related issues.
• Ensure proper warehouse organisation, cleanliness and workplace safety.
• Monitor company vehicles, servicing and operational equipment.
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Management to resolve daily operational issues.
• Improve warehouse and delivery processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Provide guidance and training to operations staff and monitor work performance.
• Assist with warehouse and delivery duties when required during busy periods.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by Management.

Assistant Operations Manager
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Able and willing to work overtime when required due to operational needs.
